About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst leading month-end and year-end close processes for Aspire Software in Lebanon. Collaborating with teams and ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process for 8 entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial information for management, group reporting, and external stakeholders.
- Manage preparation of statutory accounts in coordination with external providers.
- Manage and prepare the monthly management accounts, and review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
- Act as primary contact for external auditors, coordinating requests and managing the audit process across entities.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and group reporting requirements.
- Partner with external accounting and payroll providers to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage and mentor a small team of 2 direct reports (AP Analyst and AR Specialist).
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
- Support professional development of the team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operational and management teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
- Monitor OPEX spend (~€3M annually) and partner with business leaders to ensure budgetary control.
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance and related functions.

- Prior Saas Experience
- Clear understanding of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and financial statement linkages.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
