About the role

  • Product Marketing Content Manager at Locala creating product content and interactive demos for tech marketing. Leading content management and adoption strategies within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build Locala’s Product Story Machine for Locala Planning: create “wow effect” product content (interactive demos, demo videos, one-pagers, feature decks)
  • Run the internal Content Hub that distributes them
  • Drive measurable adoption with Sales Enablement and Marketing
  • Create best-in-class product-led assets (core focus)
  • Build and maintain interactive demos (Arcade) showcasing Locala Planning capabilities and core use cases
  • Produce demo videos (Loom) and high-quality feature one-pagers / mini-decks that translate product value into crisp, sales-ready narratives
  • Create smart variations by objective, country, feature, and when relevant, vertical
  • Keep assets aligned with product reality and GTM narrative
  • Take full ownership of Locala’s internal Content App: structure, discoverability, content governance, analytics
  • Build a scalable operating model: templates, roadmap, versioning, refresh cadence, contributor workflow
  • Improve how the hub supports the full GTM journey
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement to roll out content: “asset of the week”, playbooks, internal comms, short trainings, best-case examples
  • Build an adoption feedback loop: collect field insights, track usage by region/country, iterate continuously
  • Establish a simple measurement framework in year 1 (usage/adoption/productivity)

Requirements

  • ~2+ years of experience producing marketing content in a tech/B2B/SaaS environment (or equivalent)
  • Strong product storytelling skills: you can turn a complex feature into a clear, convincing narrative
  • High bar for craft (visual + copy): structured, sharp, modern, “wow effect” output
  • English fluent: the role is global
  • A “measure & improve” mindset: you care about adoption, usage, and continuous iteration
  • Experience in adtech/martech/data products (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with interactive demo tools (Arcade, Storylane, Navattic…) (nice-to-have)
  • Sales sensitivity or prior exposure to sales workflows (prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling) (nice-to-have)
  • Portfolio required: if you can, please include a portfolio (or examples) showing relevant work: demos, decks, videos, one-pagers, product-led campaigns, enablement assets, or structured content systems
