About the role
- Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist providing counseling and therapy using a hybrid care model in Arizona. Engaging in evidence-based practices and crisis interventions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients
- Implement evidence-based practices in individual and group therapy settings
- Review and sign patient clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Document services and activities according to best practices
- Conduct crisis interventions based on safety plans
- Participate in case planning with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in ongoing education and training activities to improve competency
Requirements
- Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist or Counselor (LAC, LMSW) required
- Active, unrestricted Arizona Mental Health License required
- Evidence-based practices: CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, etc.
- Crisis intervention experience
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Participation in individual and group supervision required
- Ongoing education commitment necessary
