About the role
- Consultant transforming finance for clients at Artimon. Engage in financial project management and optimization tasks within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Accompagner les directions financières dans leurs **projets de transformation finance** : refonte de la fonction finance, optimisation des processus (clôture, reporting, prévision, contrôle de gestion), évolution des organisations et des modes de fonctionnement.
- Intervenir sur des projets de **pilotage de la performance financière** : définition d’indicateurs, tableaux de bord, modèles de gestion et d’aide à la décision.
- Contribuer à des projets de **transformation des outils finance** (ERP, outils EPM, reporting et data finance), de la phase de cadrage jusqu’au déploiement.
- Structurer et piloter les projets : gouvernance, planification, suivi des risques, des délais et des ressources.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (finance, IT, organisation, data).
- Participer au développement commercial du cabinet : identification d’opportunités, préparation des offres et participation aux pitchs clients.
Requirements
- **Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur, d’une université ou d'un Master spécialisé, **avec uneforte orientation finance, contrôle de gestion, audit ou conseil
- Appétence marquée pour les **projets de transformation de la fonction finance** et les environnements complexes.
- Solides capacités d’analyse, rigueur méthodologique et sens des priorités.
- Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et capacité à évoluer dans des contextes de changement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en conduite d’ateliers.
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel, PowerPoint et des outils d’analyse de données
- Appétence pour les ERP et plus généralement les SI finance
