Radar Algorithms Engineer developing innovative 3D reconstruction algorithms for satellite radar at Array Labs. Collaborating with software and hardware teams to advance imaging techniques.
Responsibilities
Develop synthetic aperture radar algorithms to create high-quality 3D data-products.
Work closely with the rest of the software team to implement and deploy efficient algorithms in our cloud-based image production pipeline
Create tools for predicting the performance of 3D reconstruction algorithms based on image collection geometry
Collaborate with the product team to understand customer use-cases and translate needs into system-level requirements.
Generate test plans and methods to validate product quality and ensure it meets end-user expectations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or related field
Experience in SAR digital signal processing and algorithm development
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Learn new concepts rapidly, completely, and in a self-directed manner
High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraints
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB
