About the role
- Senior Workday Analyst focusing on configuring Workday system functionalities and providing stakeholder support globally. Requires strong experience in Workday HCM and other modules, developing training programs.
Responsibilities
- Focus on configuring and optimizing functional areas within Workday
- Provide support to stakeholders across the Workday platform
- Offer expertise in Workday HCM and collaborate with team members
- Review Workday new product releases, identify features and functionality
- Understand the full P&C technology landscape including third-party point solutions
- Develop partnerships with P&C organization team members
- Optimize, standardize, and automate Workday across a global environment
- Develop training to help end users with the adoption and usage of Workday
- Recommend and configure enhancements to improve the value and efficiency of Workday
- Provide excellent customer service in response to P&C inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Workday HCM
- Experience with other Workday modules preferred (such as Absence, Time, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to follow handling sensitive and confidential employee data
- Must work independently.
