About the role

• Senior Architect responsible for creating unique brand environments in a hybrid setting. Leading project management and design for international premium clients in the architecture field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conceptualizing, planning and delivering distinctive brand environments for premium brands in exhibition and event architecture.
• Develop and manage projects from the initial concept through to final implementation.
• Independent project management, including client contact and coordination of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Management and oversight of all service phases (HOAI 1–8) – from design through to realization.
• Ensure quality and adherence to budget and schedule.
• Close collaboration with clients, partners and suppliers to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Actively contribute to shaping a creative and innovative company culture.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• 5–7 years of professional experience in areas such as brand architecture, spatial branding, and temporary architecture; experience in developing temporary event and exhibition architectures and demountable/temporary structures
• Creative sensibility for trends, innovations and brand presentations
• Confident use of 2D and 3D CAD software, ideally Vectorworks, Rhino, AutoCAD or comparable programs
• Proficient with MS Office
• Extensive experience across all HOAI service phases (1–8)
• Practical experience in project management and ability to work independently
• Strong service orientation and confidence in client interactions, with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to international project locations
• High level of commitment to projects, engagement and team spirit
• Good to very good German language skills (min. B2)
• Good to very good English language skills (min. B2)
