coordinating timely project completion and submissions.
organizing and conducting structural investigations, calculations, and planning work.
researching alternative design approaches, site conditions, and regulatory specifications.
leading the development of calculations, plans, specifications, RFPs, and other contract documents.
collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines, project staff, clients, and subcontractors throughout project life cycle.
Requirements
10 years of structural engineering experience in Water / Wastewater.
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis).
Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas in Structural or Civil/Structural with ability to obtain license in other preferred states within 6 months.
Master's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering (preferred).
Experience in structural engineering within the Water/Wastewater sector (preferred).
15 years of practical involvement in relevant projects (preferred).
Structural Engineer (SE) License (preferred).
NCEES Record featuring MLSE (Multi-Lateral Structural Engineer) (preferred).
Completed the NCEES 16-Hour structural exam (preferred).
Strong level of proficiency in MATHCAD (preferred).
