About the role
- Senior CSA Project Manager responsible for overseeing data centre construction projects in the UK. Leading pre-construction, construction, and close out processes for hyperscale builds.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
- Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
- Work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
- Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
- Manage the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground.
Requirements
- An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
- Ability to manage technical disciplines.
- Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous
