About the role
- Project Controller responsible for financial oversight and operational success at Arcadis. Collaborating with project managers to enhance project delivery and performance.
Responsibilities
- Financieel toezicht: Uitvoeren van maandelijkse projectreviews, kritisch beoordelen van de voortgang en zorgen voor afstemming met budgetten en financiële KPI’s.
- Projectbewaking: Monitoren van projecten (OHW), tijdig factureren en nauwkeurige financiële administratie in het ERP-systeem (Oracle).
- Risicomanagement: Proactief signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van risico’s op het gebied van budget, kwaliteit en planning.
- Business partnership: Fungeren als betrouwbare adviseur voor project- en adviesgroep managers en bijdragen aan strategische beslissingen.
- ERP-optimalisatie: Als key user van Oracle meewerken aan het continu verbeteren van processen en systemen.
- Rapportage & Analyse: Samenwerken met business controllers voor ad-hoc analyses en maandelijkse rapportages, en verklaren van prestatieverschillen.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding in een financiële of economische richting.
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in project control.
- Ervaring met het adviseren en monitoren van grote projecten of programma’s.
- Vaardigheid met Office 365 en kennis van Oracle is een pré.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Proactieve en samenwerkingsgerichte houding; je zoekt actief naar kansen om processen te verbeteren.
