Responsibilities
Support the Design and Engineering team in the Places Division
Define project standards and implement BIM standards
Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment
Establish model coordination processes across projects
Oversee model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D
Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff
Provide input to project estimates for BIM scope and resource schedule
Report monthly on BIM KPIs and deliverable status
Requirements
15+ years in BIM environments
5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams
Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D
Demonstrated capability in automation (Dynamo, Revit API, scripting)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or equivalent experience
