About the role
- Energy consultant - Project Manager in the Energy & Sustainability department. Leading projects for carbon neutrality and enhancing building sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Als Energy consultant – Project Manager maak je deel uit van het departement Energy & Sustainability.
- Je draagt bij aan de inhoud van grote, multidisciplinaire projecten en verleent advies in projecten betreffende de decarbonisatie van sites en de duurzaamheid van gebouwen.
- Je ondersteunt het in kaart brengen van de verbruiken van onze grote klanten via ons software portaal.
- In functie van de specifieke noden zoek je naar een optimalisatie van elektrificatie of voer je een doorgedreven energiemonitoring uit.
- Ook contractuele en regulatoire aspecten zijn hierbij van belang.
- Daarnaast onderzoek je voor een specifieke site/gebouw, het potentieel om maximaal in te zetten op duurzaamheid in de ruime zin.
- Je bent continu in dialoog met collega-ingenieurs, architect en de opdrachtgever bij het uitwerken van koolstofarme sites en het ontwerpen van duurzame gebouwen.
- Je begeleidt het team bij het uitvoeren van energie-, comfort- en materiaalstudies (BREEAM, Well, daglichtsimulaties, thermische dynamische simulaties, LCA, EPB, …).
Requirements
- Je bent industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur enige relevante werkervaring en een uitgesproken interesse in duurzaamheid en state-of-the-art energieconcepten.
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, je kan goed zelfstandig werken en je beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je bent klantgericht en ondernemend.
- Je hecht belang aan kwaliteit & detail.
- Bijkomende ervaring met API-ontwikkeling, Python of andere software-ontwikkeling is een pluspunt.
- Bijkomende kennis van dynamische gebouwsimulaties en/of levenscyclusanalyses is een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
