Junior SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in LMS for an HR consulting firm. Contributing to implementation projects and providing support in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
You will contribute to SuccessFactors implementation and support projects, with a primary focus on the Learning Management System (LMS) but also other SuccessFactors modules.
Participate in SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects
Configure and parametrize solutions according to client needs
Contribute to functional workshops with HR stakeholders and business teams
Support testing phases, cutover and go-live activities
Assist clients during change management and user adoption phases
Deliver user training sessions and provide functional documentation
Ensure post go-live support and continuous improvement
You may also be involved in Pre-sales activities and solution demos
Development and evolution of Arago’s HRIS offers
Knowledge sharing and contribution to internal expertise initiatives
Requirements
Master’s degree
Junior profile with a first professional experience in HRIS or SuccessFactors projects
Strong interest in Learning / Training digital solutions and Talent Management
Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS is a plus, but certification is not mandatory
Fluent French is mandatory (client-facing role)
Professional English required to work in an international environment
Strong learning ability, curiosity and adaptability
Client-oriented mindset and good communication skills
Ability to work in a multicultural and international context
