About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of customer onboarding projects across both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases.
- Manage a team of onboarding specialists.
- Ensure exceptional customer communication and maintain strong project governance.
- Partner closely with the Director of Customer Success to deliver high‑quality outcomes across all implementations.
- Prepare high‑quality Implementation Plans to support sales opportunities.
- Lead the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, timelines, and effort estimates.
- Oversee project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring profitability and proactive forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or Financial Services environments.
- Experience managing client‑facing implementation or onboarding projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior internal and client stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project (optional).
