About the role
- Program Manager supporting NC3 Contract and NCS division at Apogee Engineering. Telework options available with occasional meetings at Hanscom AFB.
Responsibilities
- Support the Acquisition Program Manager (APM) in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines
- Staff Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries (DAES), Monthly Activity Reports (MAR), and support program management and IMP/IMS reviews
- Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements
- Manage meetings, calendars, agendas, and briefings
- Gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness
- Monitor, mentor, and develop lower-level Acquisition Support Specialists
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline; to include five (5) years of DoD experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02
- Demonstrated ability to plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition
- Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite software and project management/scheduling applications such as MS Project.
