About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects
- Coordinating resources and interdependencies across multiple streams of work
- Provide structure and leadership to a broad, multi-disciplinary project team comprised of internal people, vendors, and contractors
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership to communicate progress and key updates
- Oversee deployment activities, ensuring compliance with governance standards
- Track and report on release metrics, project milestones, and delivery KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and transparency
Requirements
- 12+ years’ Project Manager & Release management experience
- Lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of small to medium to sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within programmes or projects
- Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer
- Work collaboratively with 3rd party vendors to deliver the best outcome for the customer
- Provide financial budget oversight across project deliverables
- Agile experience at scale, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in Handling high complex migration and lifecycle management
- Experience in Integrating complex application & products
- Proven experience in Release Management, Project Management, or a combination of both within a technology environment
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on risk management and quality assurance
- Knowledge of change management processes and ITIL best practices
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams
