Responsibilities
Provide project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects
Coordinating resources and interdependencies across multiple streams of work
Provide structure and leadership to a broad, multi-disciplinary project team comprised of internal people, vendors, and contractors
Engage with stakeholders and leadership to communicate progress and key updates
Oversee deployment activities, ensuring compliance with governance standards
Track and report on release metrics, project milestones, and delivery KPIs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and transparency
Lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of small to medium to sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within programmes or projects
Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer
Work collaboratively with 3rd party vendors to deliver the best outcome for the customer
Provide financial budget oversight across project deliverables
Agile experience at scale, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset
Experience in Handling high complex migration and lifecycle management
Experience in Integrating complex application & products
Proven experience in Release Management, Project Management, or a combination of both within a technology environment
Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on risk management and quality assurance
Knowledge of change management processes and ITIL best practices
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams
