Requirements
- 8+ years of consulting experience and/or on point industry experience
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following financial services sectors: banking, capital markets, life / property & casualty / specialty insurance, annuities, retirement, asset management, or fintech.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in envisioning future state operating models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with relevant data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
