About the role
- Programme Analyst supporting the successful delivery of the Storage Points programme at Anglian Water. Involves data analysis, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Programme Manager you will be supporting the successful delivery of the Storage Points programme through robust data analysis, performance reporting, risk tracking, and planning support.
- This role will contribute to the efficient coordination and continuous improvement of programme delivery by maintaining visibility of schedule, cost, and risk across multiple stakeholders.
- Key tasks include: Maintain and update programme dashboards and trackers. Collate, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to inform decision-making. Produce performance packs and reporting outputs for internal and external stakeholders. Work with Delivery and Performance teams to ensure accurate programme planning. Support the update and interrogation of schedules and delivery plans. Help identify planning risks, delays, and dependencies across the programme. Support the preparation and follow-up of programme meetings. Maintain documentation, action logs, and stakeholder records.
Requirements
- Experience supporting large programmes or projects
- Understanding of project scheduling and risk management
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting software (e.g. Power BI)
- Knowledge of the water industry or regulated environments
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a high attention to detail.
