About the role

Responsibilities
- Main point contact for all hardware, software, and equipment for the clients of the technology team
- Assist with vendor management for key partners, such as Dell, Cisco, and distribution partners
- Contribute to establishing best practices for ordering and invoicing
- Identify and negotiate strategic vendor relationships
- Manage efforts in areas such as incentives, vendor changes, relocation of suppliers
- Identify excess, obsolete, and discontinued products
- Assist Account Manager on PC refresh plans for all clients
- Develop and maintain metrics to monitor vendor performance
- Direct communication with all vendors
- Protect the financial performance of the organization
- Participate in Quarterly Road Map planning meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or similar degree preferred, but not required
- 2-4 years of experience working in an office environment
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to negotiate costs, terms, SLAs, and incentives while managing multi‑party vendor and distributor relationships
- Awareness of supply‑chain risks
- Ability to navigate vendor and distributor portals
- Ownership of ordering, invoicing, and audit‑trail processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding prioritization, organization, coordination, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of demanding inquiries
