- Processing construction documents through the regulatory agencies in the District of Columbia and other municipalities
- Construction administration duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6 plus years of experience in the planning and civil engineering design of roadways, mixed use, residential, commercial, institutional, and public site development projects.
- Technical proficiency in using AutoCAD, with Civil 3D proficiency preferred. MicroStation proficiency a plus.
- PE Required
- Experience in Washington, DC, Suburban Maryland and / or Northern VA preferred
- Excellent communications & organizational skills
