Requirements

- Strong business acumen; ability to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making.
- Ability to influence collaborators at all levels in the organization.
- Proven success driving initiatives to completion ensuring adoption.
- Demonstrated People leadership experience.
- Experience working as an HR Business Partner is preferred.
