About the role
- Group Lead responsible for Business Intelligence & Analytics within Ameriprise India LLP. Leading data insights and managing a team while collaborating with technology counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports
- Work closely with technology and development teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle
- Responsible for managing projects from conception to deployment
- Communicate complex data and technical concepts in a clear and actionable way
- Develop and deliver clear presentations for leadership and stakeholder audiences
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, analytics, and technology functions
- Provide local team leadership by managing, mentoring, and developing BIA team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of Engineering, Statistics, Analytics or other related technical disciplines
- 7-10 years of experience working in data analytics or relevant field
- Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools, including Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, Jira and Confluence
- Previous people-management experience
