Responsibilities
Drive profitable multi-office growth across a defined geography by creating a compelling business plan

Lead branch and associate managers and build strong partnerships with operations staff
Develop and execute performance improvement plans when necessary
Implement national recruiting strategy and generate leads into the local area pipeline
Drive profitable organic growth of the complex and branch office key metrics through active leadership, coaching, and delivery of the Ameriprise Client Experience
Ensure brand standards, client service, and client satisfaction are met
Maintain a legal and compliant organization
Develop a strong local culture including a culture of peer learning and comradery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years)
7-10 years of relevant experience
Active FINRA Series 7
Active FINRA Series 24, or S9/10
Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66)
Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses
Self-driven and achievement oriented
Strong presentation skills and executive presence
P&L expense management and ability to analyze data and reports to determine business opportunities
