Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
Optimize content for traditional search (SEO) and generative engines (GEO) such as AI search and LLM-based discovery
Conduct keyword, intent, and topic research for multiple regions and languages
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices (using CMS)
Optimize site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, and metadata
Collaborate with local marketing team, product, and engineering teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from ideation to launch
Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools, and report on insights and opportunities
Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO, content optimization, or search growth roles (4+ years)
Strong understanding and operational excellence of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles and AI-driven search behavior
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
Experience optimizing content for international and multilingual markets
Knowledge of structured data, schema, and content indexing for LLMs
Operational proficiency with CMS tools
Background in content strategy or editorial SEO
