Senior Financial Analyst supporting Hospitality Business Unit in financial reporting and analysis. Collaborating with corporate finance and product teams for effective financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
Prepare & oversee the accurate and timely reporting of the HOS BU monthly financial results, metrics, variances
Provide meaningful reports and analysis for management to understand and take necessary actions to manage the Business
Prepare the monthly Revenues Flash
Prepare & oversee all the Quarterly Business Reviews (ExCom / HOS / Engineering / Top Projects) for the HOS BU
Prepare all the documentation for the Investors Relations quarterly meetings
Collaborate with the Product Team on the Product Profitability & the monthly HOS performance reporting
Support & Coordinate all the Financial Forecasts exercises (aka FFC) with the HOS FP&A and the Corporate Finance Teams
Consolidate & sanity-check the FFC exercises as well as provide various types of analysis to close the exercise with the Head of HOS FP&A
Coordinate & Consolidate the LTP exercise with the HOS FP&A Team to facilitate the review & decision making by the Head of HOS FP&A & the HOS Executive Team
Build up a solid relationship with the HOS FP&A and the Corporate Finance Teams
Seek constant process improvement, ensuring accuracy in the Financial Statements & implement efficient administrative and financial processes while using IT applications
Requirements
6+ years experience as FP&A in a multinational firm
Prior experience in SAP is desirable (preferably S4 Hana)
Proficiency in English: professional
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Tools
Knowledge of Power BI could be a plus
Critical analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate results of analysis to management at all levels
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration
