Requirements
3 to 8 years of experience in a hands-on role such as Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or Technical Support
technical background (electronics, instrumentation, mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
strong customer-facing skills
ability to explain technical topics clearly and support users
