- Utilize Canopy, Drake, UltraTax, and other Thomson Reuters tax software on a regular basis
- Review and monitor tax work prepared by three remote accounting team members located overseas
- Support workflow management to maintain filing deadlines and regulatory compliance
- Follow federal and state tax regulations while ensuring quality control standards
- Coordinate with firm leadership in the Orlando, FL hybrid office environment
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
- Act as a technical support resource within the tax department
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax settings
- Strong hands-on experience with Canopy, Drake, UltraTax, and Thomson Reuters platforms
- Experience reviewing and overseeing work from remote or offshore team members
- Demonstrated strength in analytics, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and seasonal tax deadlines
- CPA preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
