About the role

  • Lead Consultant for Strategic Business Architecture at Allstate, bridging HR delivery and business needs. Engage senior stakeholders and drive process improvements with Workday HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As Strategic Business Architect Lead Consultant, be the bridge between business needs and HR delivery
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders at all levels
  • Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to support end-to-end employee experience discovery and redesign
  • Develop clear “as-is” and “to-be” process models, create future-state roadmaps
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams improving operational efficiencies
  • Partner with HR teams to define and track metrics that measure HR services effectiveness

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 year’s HR or business related experience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale
  • A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules
  • A minimum 1 years’ experience coaching or mentoring team members globally
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex concepts
