Responsibilities
Planning, organization and coordination of digital and in-person seminars and training sessions
Management and administration of the Learning Management System, including maintenance of participant data and seminar materials
Acquisition of new seminar presenters and management of existing presenters
Advising and supporting participating colleagues, presenters and cooperation partners
Continuous further development of our learning platform and digital learning content
Regular coordination with our product specialists to develop and implement new training offerings
Support for public relations and seminar marketing
Requirements
Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and within the care sector
Very good IT skills, especially with digital Learning Management Systems
Initial experience in managing internal and external partners and trainers
Excellent communication and advisory skills
