About the role

Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance end-to-end architectures integrating hardware, software, and networks
- Collaborate with the CTO and the Team Lead, Product Development, on technical feasibility and product requirements
- Analyze IoT platforms, hardware components, and protocols to select appropriate technologies for projects
- Ensure architectures meet customer requirements and regulatory standards in the semiconductor industry
- Advise customers on sustainable software solutions and develop innovative architectures
- Support development and integration of the solution, ensure data security, and assist with optimization and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least five years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture within an industrial environment
- Experience with Linux, C++, Python and build systems/tools such as Make/CMake
- Experience with automated software testing and CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI/CD and Docker
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to align software solutions with real-world requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, be customer-focused, take responsibility, and be willing to travel occasionally
- Fluent in German and English (B2 or higher)
