About the role

Responsibilities
- Operational accounting tasks and analytical responsibilities in management control
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (data entry, invoicing, account matching, monitoring collections and dunning)
- Post bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations
- Track fixed assets and employee expenses
- Close-period accounting tasks and tax compliance
- Actively participate in monthly and annual closings: account reviews, balance reconciliations, and data validation
- Contribute to the optimization and robustness of the closing process
- Prepare and review VAT returns
- Analyze activity and profitability by business line, project, or employee
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Draft and implement/optimize management procedures and internal controls
- Act as ERP reference point for operational teams
- Use and enhance existing reporting in Power BI.
Requirements
- Degree from a business school (finance/management control specialization) or university (Master’s level)
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within a services company
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel required) and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to extract and analyze data
- Knowledge of Sage 100 is a plus
- Accuracy, autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills, results-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams
- Aptitude for process structuring and internal control.
