Responsibilities
- Work strategically to drive our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality agenda across Alfa Laval Nordic
- Engage and influence stakeholders to build ownership and accountability
- Advise Field Service, Service Centers, and Sales to uphold high standards
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
- Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard employees, customers, and the business
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture and quality performance
- Plan and execute internal and external audits
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Sustainability, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in HSEQ within industrial, manufacturing, or process-driven environments across multiple countries (preferably Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to global industrial companies
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and hold constructive performance dialogues to strengthen line ownership
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining a Health and Safety or Quality Management System
- Hands-on experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and corrective action programs
- Experience driving sustainability initiatives, including environmental performance, resource efficiency, and emissions reduction
- Relevant experience with ISO preferred e.g., ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, or equivalent
