Responsibilities
- Finanzmodellpflege : Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Finanzmodells im SaaS-Umfeld in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Finanzplanung & Budgetplanung : Erstellung und regelmäßige Anpassung der Jahresbudgets und langfristiger Finanzpläne
- Dokumentation der Finanzprozesse : Pflege und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen, inkl. Dokumentation und Standardisierung
- Inkassomanagement : Überwachung und Optimierung des Inkassoprozesses
- Monatliches Reporting : Erstellung von detaillierten monatlichen Finanzberichten für das Management und Board
- Abweichungsanalyse : Identifikation und Analyse von Abweichungen im Vergleich zum Finanzmodell und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Finanzmodell-Validierung : Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Realisierbarkeit und Plausibilität des Finanzmodells
- Runway-Berechnung : Berechnung des finanziellen „Runway“ (Liquidität und Cashflow-Prognose)
- Liquiditätsplanung : Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Liquiditätsplanung
- Business Case Support : Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Business Cases im Zusammenhang mit monatlichem Reporting und Finanzmodell
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Controller, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld oder in einer ähnlichen Branche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Liquiditätsplanung
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Analyse von Abweichungen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Finanzsoftwarelösungen (z.B. Excel, ERP-Systeme)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Inkassomanagement und der Erstellung von monatlichen Reports
