Responsibilities
You are responsible for planning, tracking and documenting all project-related tasks in close collaboration with the team, while keeping schedules and priorities in view
You are in charge of the administrative organization and smooth scheduling of our events (fully digital – no on-site presence or creative input required)
You take on the structured alignment and timely coordination of all internal and external stakeholders involved in event preparation
You ensure the continuous optimization of processes and the maintenance of high quality standards to guarantee seamless event execution
You help optimize our processes to ensure our events are planned and executed even more efficiently
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a university degree
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in project management or a comparable field
You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
You remain calm in stressful situations and demonstrate flexibility and the ability to improvise under time pressure
You have excellent organizational skills
Willingness to work outside regular working hours and on weekends
