Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Projects: Take full ownership of the user experience for large-scale, ambiguous, and strategically important projects from discovery to launch.
• Define Strategy: Influence the product roadmap and user experience strategy by defining information architecture, user flows, and interaction paradigms.
• Create High-Fidelity Mockups: Design and deliver detailed, pixel-perfect UI mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate the intended user experience.
• Facilitate & Mentor: Lead design workshops and sprints. Mentor junior and mid-level designers, guiding their work and helping them grow their skills.
• Advocate for Users: Champion user-centered design and systems thinking across the organization, ensuring design quality and consistency.
• Stakeholder Management: Confidently present and defend architectural and design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Expert-Level Design Mastery: Extensive expertise in either user research, interaction design, or visual design, with deep knowledge of information architecture, pattern libraries, and scalable interaction design principles.
• Data-Informed Practice: Expert command of design and research methods, coupled with a proven ability to perform data-informed design. Must be comfortable analyzing and synthesizing research findings, A/B test data, and product metrics.
• Prototyping Proficiency: Exceptional ability to create and present high-fidelity user interface designs and interactive prototypes.
• Standards & Compliance: Deep familiarity and working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive and compliant product experiences.
• Strategic thinking, leadership and mentoring, exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to influence and persuade
