Responsibilities
- Drive the transformation of Alcoa Commercial’s function performance while maintaining ongoing governance
- Develop transformation strategies and roadmaps
- Drive execution of projects/programs

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to frame the annual growth vision and growth execution strategies for presentation to the Executive Team
- Drive alignment on the strategies from the Commercial Lead Team
- Develop and maintain the program of projects that will drive achievement of the 3-year ComEx transformation vision
- Manage strategic initiatives as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing and Commercial CoE
- Contribute to definition of Commercial performance objectives in consultation with the Commercial Lead Team
- Lead the tracking and reporting of Commercial performance against objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Master of Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage
- Solid experience in program management
- Solid experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in commodity-based markets
- Confidence and poise in engaging and presenting to senior and Executive Leadership
- Highly capable and comfortable leading and influencing multi-cultural teams, building relationships, challenging the status quo, and creating compromise
- Preferred: Familiarity with the dynamics of the aluminum value chain, including market trends, pricing mechanisms and logistics
- Fully proficient in the English language, verbal and written.
