Responsibilities
- Responsible for the business and financial auditing of companies across various industries, legal forms, and sizes
- Primary point of contact at the client’s executive level, including planning, organizing, and leading all audit processes
- Take on leadership responsibilities, including empathetic team management and coordination of specialists from the ETL Group
- Responsible for preparing proposals as well as process optimization and quality control to ensure the highest standards
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in alignment with the needs of clients and the team
- Together with highly qualified colleagues, you will master challenging and varied projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed auditor qualification (Wirtschaftsprüfer exam) or near completion — ideally with initial leadership experience that you can further develop with us
- Interest in forward-looking auditing and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire for personal and professional development
- Independent and goal-oriented working style combined with a solution-focused approach to challenges
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — to interact effectively within the team and with our clients
