Responsibilities
Continuous collection and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in daily operations to ensure optimal performance and service quality and to identify optimization potential
Ongoing improvement and maintenance of data models, BI tools, and reporting systems
Preparation and presentation of regular reports and financial analyses for the management team to provide insights into business performance and offer recommendations for action
Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic planning and decision-making
Conducting price calculations to support the pricing of our services
Close collaboration with operational teams in preparing and reviewing contract proposals, as well as clarifying contract details and terms
Monitoring service delivery in accordance with agreed contract terms and ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers
Monitoring projects and investments, including evaluating and implementing improvement ideas as well as investment decisions
Taking on project management responsibilities for selected projects and special tasks (e.g., IT coordination)
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance, or an equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or corporate planning, ideally in a service company
Knowledge of performance management, data analysis, and reporting; experience with reporting tools and management information systems
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to derive sound business decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German to explain complex issues clearly and advise management
Team-oriented working style and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
High degree of initiative and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
