About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in planning and coordinating projects related to existing and new technologies
- System administration and first-level support for the software solutions we use, including troubleshooting and user support
- Assist in analyzing existing business processes and identifying process and technical optimization opportunities
- Creation, maintenance and optimization of process models
- Organization and monitoring of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Delivery of basic and advanced training courses on our technological solutions
- Preparation and maintenance of project reports and documentation of projects and processes
- Planning and conducting meetings, including preparation of presentations and minutes
Requirements
- Commercial (business) or IT vocational qualification
- Familiarity with the fields of auditing and tax advisory and initial practical experience in support are desirable
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level)
- Committed and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of empathy
