Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the agency's clients, understanding their specific goals and objectives;
Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications;
Receive and analyze client briefs, working closely with internal teams to translate client needs into effective strategies and actions;
Develop Live Marketing strategies focused on events that align with client objectives, ensuring these strategies reflect market trends and best practices;
Coordinate the execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring all activities are aligned with client objectives, timelines, and established budgets;
Monitor event KPIs and analyze results to measure success and identify improvement opportunities. Present detailed reports to clients;
Work closely with internal teams, including creative and production, to ensure effective delivery of events, activations, and experiences.
Requirements
Significant prior experience at a Live Marketing agency focused on events, activations, and experiences;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
Build consistent relationships across agency departments, proposing solutions and creative approaches to everyday challenges;
Adhere to agency-defined processes and promote their importance;
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities;
Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and departments (e.g., production, creative) as needed;
Loss Prevention Analyst monitoring and reducing risks across store operations through audits and surveillance. Collaborating with teams to improve compliance and minimize losses.
