Finance Business Partner Benelux role supporting CFO with accounting and financial reporting duties. Working closely with local and corporate teams in Belgium and Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Verificatie van facturen, verwerking van facturen en helpen bij de oplossing van factuurverschillen.
Voorbereiding van leveranciersafrekeningen en periodiek onderhoud van leveranciersgegevens.
Onderhouden van betalingsrecords en leveranciersbestanden, evenals de afsluitactiviteiten van betalingssluitingen aan het einde van de maand in overeenstemming met de groepsbeleid.
Verificatie van claims met ondersteunende documenten en regelmatig reconcilieren in overeenstemming met terugbetalingsbeleid.
Zorg voor nauwkeurige gegevensinvoer van boekhoudkundige entries in het systeem en helpen bij interne controleactiviteiten in overeenstemming met groepsbeleid.
Controleren en valideren van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van informatie die door Affiliates wordt verstrekt voor transactieprocessing.
Voorbereiden van bulk- en ad-hocbetalingen voor landen, en beheren van leveranciersvragen en werknemersclaims.
Overleg met IT/bankiers voor eventuele bank-/systeemproblemen.
Requirements
Bachelor diploma in Accounting, CPA
5+ jaar financiële rapportage / financiële boekhouding ervaring.
Aantoonbaar begrip van boekhoudregels, waaronder GAAP en SOX.
Deskundige computervaardigheden in SAP of andere ERP; Oracle.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands, Engels, Frans is niet verplicht.
Bereidheid om regelmatig naar Nederland of België te reizen (+- 2-3 maanden).
