Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely job updates to achieve client service expectations
Effectively manage your own workload to maintain client service expectations
Use Dashboard to manage workload, maintain transparency for accuracy and timely delivery of data and achievement of KPI’s
Produce accurate and timely final reports to external clients
Communicate accurate and timely invoices to external clients as per KPI’s
