- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on the most qualified candidates for each position
- Handle administrative tasks related to attraction and selection
- Stay current on trends and best practices in talent attraction and selection, continuously seeking to improve the area's processes
- Manage high-volume recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including alignment with hiring managers for replacements or headcount increases
- Prepare presentations (PowerPoint) using Microsoft Office
- Manage job openings in accordance with the proposed SLA
Requirements
- Degree in a related field
- Experience in recruitment and selection within consultancies/agencies, retail, or hospitality
- Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work on-site in Alphaville with a hybrid schedule
