- SAP Support Consultant ensuring stable SAP logistics processes for clients in Berlin. Handling support requests, performing analyses, and collaborating with specialists on complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Deine Aufgabe besteht darin stabile und effiziente SAP-Logistikprozesse sicherzustellen
- Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Störungsmeldungen über das Ticketing Tool
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen operativen SAP Supports im Tagesgeschäft der Kunden
- Analyse von Incidents, Change Requests und Fehlermeldungen in Logistikprozessen
- Reproduktion Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Fehlern auf den Kundensystemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit internen Fachspezialisten und SAP bei komplexeren Themen
- Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Lösungen, Workarounds, Known Errors und Prozessdokumentationen
- Stellvertretung und Unterstützung angrenzender SAP Module innerhalb des Support Teams
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit starkem Prozessverständnis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP Logistikbereich idealerweise mit Fokus auf SAP S/4HANA oder S/4HANA Cloud
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Logisitik End to End Prozessen inkl. Customizing in den Modulen SD, MM, LE sowie angrenzenden Modulen wie zum Beispiel PP, FI und CO
- Erfahrung im SAP Applikationssupport und im Umgang mit Ticketing Tools
- Analytisches lösungsorientiertes und kundenfokussiertes Denken
- Selbständige strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Freude an operativem Support und Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
