About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and conception of modern, secure mobile workplace solutions
- Technical support for projects as an expert in mobile, scalable and highly available system architectures
- Planning, implementation and further development of the EMM infrastructure for mobile devices
- Coordination with internal architecture, development and operations teams to integrate new technologies
- Continuous optimization of existing services, taking current IT trends into account
- Creation, maintenance and enhancement of technical documentation
- Advising service management and customers on technical issues
- Supporting 2nd-level support and coordinating with vendors for products under responsibility
Requirements
- Knowledge of Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox and Linux-based system environments
- Proven experience designing security-relevant mobile enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL Foundation or equivalent)
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Degree in IT or a recognized vocational IT qualification — alternatively at least eight years of professional experience in the IT field
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1) according to CEFR
- Strong team skills, structured working style and professional demeanour
