Responsibilities
You will actively help shape the future of our quality and risk management.
You will work closely with our facilities and specialist departments with the aim of securing and continuously improving quality across our group.
You will further develop the central quality and risk management function of our healthcare group.
You will plan and implement cross-facility projects for quality improvement and risk management.
You will conduct audits of the quality management system in our hospitals.
You will monitor CIRS reports and incident/claim cases in our facilities, develop preventive and corrective measures together with the Risk Management Expert Board, and support their on-site implementation.
You will support the ongoing maintenance and further development of our central document management system.
You will be the primary contact for our facilities on quality and risk management topics and provide them with support.
Requirements
You have a completed degree related to healthcare, quality management, risk management, or a comparable qualification.
Preferably, you have several years of professional experience in quality and risk management in healthcare.
You hold qualifications as a Quality Manager and ISO auditor and, if applicable, as a Risk Manager.
You are familiar with the relevant legal requirements and standards (e.g., DIN/ISO 9001:2015).
You are proactive and passionate about your work.
You work constructively and solution-oriented with others.
You have a good sense for people and processes.
