Assist sales actions in a hybrid role focusing on education at Afya in Porto Velho. Collaborate with teams to improve sales processes and reporting for medical education.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Field Sales coordination, acting as strategic support in organizing, analyzing and monitoring the sales funnel;
Oversee the lead acquisition and enrollment process, ensuring smooth flow, deadlines and data quality from initial contact through closing;
Monitor funnel indicators (visits, interests, proposals and enrollments), identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement;
Complete, update and maintain management spreadsheets, ensuring the reliability of commercial data;
Consolidate information from multiple sources (CRM, reports, internal areas) into tracking and control spreadsheets;
Support the preparation of reports and analyses to assist the commercial coordination in decision-making;
Participate in the management and tracking of commercial projects, contributing to organization, execution and delivery of expected results;
Expedite resolution of operational issues (registrations, contracts, finance, academic), acting proactively and reactively;
Implement improvements to processes, routines and commercial controls, proposing solutions to increase efficiency, productivity and conversion;
Maintain daily interface with areas involved in the sales process: Field Sales Consultants, Commercial Backoffice, Finance, Academic Office and Units;
Ensure alignment between areas, clarity of information and provide support so the commercial team can focus on what matters most: selling with quality and having an impact on medical education.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields.
Previous experience in administrative routines or support roles for commercial teams, preferably in consultative sales environments.
Experience managing, controlling and monitoring costs, ensuring organization, compliance and operational efficiency.
Experience creating, organizing and maintaining regulatory documents, policies, internal standards and regulations.
Experience preparing, monitoring and analyzing KPIs, with a focus on management reports that support coordinator and manager decision-making.
Strong command of spreadsheets and management controls; advanced Excel skills preferred (formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation).
Experience using CRM systems to track the funnel, organize data and support commercial routines.
Analytical, organized profile with strong ability to interface between areas (Commercial, Backoffice, Finance, Academic Office and Units).
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with up to 10 days on-site per month, depending on the local unit.
