About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform fiber/broadband installations and troubleshooting, ensuring that all work meets project specifications and deadlines.
- Help maintain and monitor the team’s fleet and equipment.
- Ensure technicians are adequately trained on installation processes and safety protocols.
- Mitigate any identified safety issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with both management and technicians.
- Complete stock handling of company assets including, but not limited to: Physically receive items into the stock; Fill out necessary paperwork; Label and face boxes accurately.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of training management or experience with shipping and receiving, stock keeping, and managing inventory.
- Former training or warehouse management background needed.
- Strong knowledge of fiber installation, splicing, network infrastructure, and relevant tools.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA regulations) is optional but beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate work boots.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
