About the role
- Software Developer responsible for implementing CRM/xRM solutions using JavaScript. Collaborating with Product Owner and a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Translates product owner requirements into technical concepts.
- Customizing with ADITO's proprietary development environment and a JavaScript-based programming language.
- Ensures quality and traceability through testing and documentation.
- Develops interfaces to other systems (e.g., Active Directory or ERP APIs).
- Delivers relevant data to the frontend using SQL (MariaDB).
- Conducts code reviews and adheres to coding guidelines and performance standards.
- Takes responsibility within the team and collaborates closely with other developers and the product owner.
- Supports other developers with complex challenges and drives continuous progress.
Requirements
- Experience in software development (at least 3 years after vocational training or university degree)
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT/computer science
- Experience with JavaScript and SQL, preferably MariaDB, and willingness to work with JDito
- Knowledge of web services and interface programming (REST) and an understanding of scalability and performance
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and support the team
- Strong quality awareness — clean code, thorough testing, and clear documentation
- Willingness to be on-site 2–3 days per week
- Fluent German communication (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B1 level)
