Responsibilities
The Retail Operations Manager supports North American retail store operations.
Ensure consistent execution and operational excellence.
Establish and enforce operational standards.
Own inventory operations, ensuring product availability.
Drive timely, on-budget execution of operational initiatives.
Lead continuous process and system improvements.
Collaborate with senior leaders and global partners.
Lead a team responsible for managing retail data flow.
Ensure accurate, timely information and tools are provided to stores.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university preferred, ideally in Business or a related field.
5+ years of retail experience, preferably in the fashion or sporting goods industry.
3–5 years of experience managing projects and operations, ideally related to process or program implementation.
Experience in a retail store environment is required.
Ability to work and travel as business demands, including overnight, weekends, holidays, up to 25% travel, including international travel.
Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
